About the project

This 20,000sf project consisted of the renovation and addition of a fully operational nursing home. The Renovation portion included updating 26 residents’ rooms, the scope included: demolition and replacement of carpet, adding a textured ceiling, replacing all wall base, new light fixtures, new doors and hardware, adding new handrails, painting all interiors.

The new construction was a dining facility adjoining the existing facility. The new scope included: concrete slab, wood framing, flooring, sheet rock, cabinetry, painting, windows, electrical work, HVAC, and plumbing.
