Fellowship Home at Cordelia Manor

About the project

The existing Cordelia Manor was converted from a Personal Care Home to an Assisted Living Facility and boasts an outstanding new look for the occupied facility. The Additions and Renovations included adding additional Dining Area, a Dining Porch, creating a Memory Care Wing with an additional Dayroom and seperate Dining Area, a new Front Entry, and interior upgrades throughout all of the common areas. Interior Renovations included new flooring, trim package, accent beams, sconces details, gas fireplace, Dining serving counter, and painting. On the exterior, the existing siding was stripped and new painted concrete siding took it’s place. The new Front Entry creates a more functional circulation pattern for visiting the cozy and inviting facility.
