About the project
This project was a 30,000 sf, three phase project with the owner maintaining occupancy at all times. The first phase consisted of adding new construction totaling 6,000 square feet. The second phase consisted of renovating the existing interior. The third phase consisted of renovation of the administrative offices of the facility.
