About the project

Demolished and gutted all interior finishes of existing building and remodeled the showroom floor space. Repaired existing roof and treated the building interior against mold and mildew growth. Constructed new metal stud/drywall partitions, painting, new mechanical HVAC system, plumbing and electrical services. Provided a new front façade with accent masonry and stone effects overlay asphalt parking lot with new shipping and signage.
