About the project

Designed and Constructed a New Furniture Store consisting of 37,438 sf with a 5,884 sf warehouse. The building was Pre-engineered set on concrete slab on grade.

The Scope of Work included:
Sitework, termite treatment, concrete walks, base and paving, landscaping and irrigation, reinforcing steel, metal fabrication, roof flashing, metal stud framing, rough & finish carpentry, mill work, batt insulation, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum entry doors and frames, glass and glazing, door hardware, gypsum wallboard, painting, floor covering and rubber base vinyl, synthetic stucco, toilet and bathroom accessories, toilet partitions, fire extinguishers and cabinets, interior and exterior signage, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and polished concrete flooring.
