Bobby Rozier

Bobby returned to Southern Polytechnic State University to pursue a career change after spending 18 years in Data Services and Software Development at an engineering firm for utilities in Atlanta. He completed his Construction Management degree in 2007 and later earned an MBA from Kennesaw State University in 2016. Bobby has over 20 years of experience in commercial construction, having worked in various roles at the general contractor, subcontractor, and owner representative levels on projects spanning from Maine to Florida. Currently, he holds a management position at SC Barker Construction Company, where he aims to replicate the success of the company’s South Georgia operations in the Atlanta Metro area. Bobby and his wife, Marla, have two children and six grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with family, camping, going on motorcycle adventures both on and off the road, and fishing.
