Kimberly Tinsely

Kimberly began work with S.C. Barker Construction in 2010 and has served as the company’s Staff Accountant, Project Engineer, and the heartbeat of the company. Kimberly has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Valdosta State University. Her experience includes: Subcontract preparation, issuance of RFIs and CORs to Project Architect, distribution of subcontractor RFIs and CORs to the appropriate Project Manager, preparation and distribution of Change Orders issued to subcontractors, issuance of Purchase Orders for project materials, completing applications for required licenses and permits, completing applications for all rental agreements, receive and verify accuracy of all pay requisitions from subcontractors, receive and verify accuracy of invoices from suppliers against purchase orders, process all payments for subcontractors and suppliers, prepare pay requisitions to be submitted to the Owner for payment. Kim enjoys spending time with her Husband Alan, children Carmen and Cody. Kim also enjoys spoiling her four grandchildren; Addison, Brady, Dawson, and her Boykin Spaniel, Rusty.
